How do i find a book on the library shelf?
Answer
Each book is issued a shelfmark number, e.g. 808, and our shelves are numbered on the side with each shelfmark section.
Search for the book in Summon.
Click on the title. You can now see the book's shelfmark and if the book is borrowed or not.
If the title is on top of the page, you will find the book on its title. If the author's name is on top, you will find the book on the author's name.
On the shelf the book is marked with its shelfmark number and the first three letters of either the title or author's name.
